M Diamont Terms

1. Price and billing

   M Diamont costs 200 CHF per month. The first payment is due when you sign up, then the membership renews and is charged automatically every month to the card you used. You receive a receipt by email after every payment.

2. Appointments

   Visits are by appointment only, booked via WhatsApp or phone, subject to availability.

3. Personal membership

   The membership is personal and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.

4. Notice period

   You can cancel at any time with one month's notice. If you cancel during a billing month, you will be charged one last time at the end of that month, and your membership ends one month later. You can keep visiting until the end date.

5. How to cancel

   Cancel online on the Abo page under "Manage or cancel", or tell Manuel by WhatsApp or phone.

6. No refunds

   Payments already made are not refunded, including for months with few or no visits.

7. Missed payments

   If a payment fails, visits are paused until the outstanding amount has been paid.
